My main goal is to find the problems and to use the appropriate Massage techniques to get rid of them to make each client better, more balanced, while having a great bit or ‘you time!’ which will often make your muscles and mind more relaxed and ready to continue with your pain free life.
With my Sport Massage Therapist Diploma completed in 2016 and other Qualifications including Pregnancy, Head and Hot Stone Massage I have many years of experience Massaging a wide variety of clients- from a 6 year old boy who hurt his leg playing sports at school the day before, Professional Athletes including; Sailors, Touring International Golfer, Premiership and International Rugby Union players, Armed Forces Personnel, Office Workers, Drivers, Tradesmen(and Women) Teachers, Doctors, Nurses, Police Officers, Gardeners, Pregnant Ladies, Men and Women who play recreational sports or have aches, Pains or Muscular Dysfunction, from Old or Recent Injuries, all the way up to a 102 year old Lady who suffers with Drop Foot, Shoulder Tension and Headaches. With this Wide Range of Clients Every Massage I do is Tailored Specifically to each Individuals preferences, and needs therefore I don’t have any ‘Scripted Massage Treatments’, they’re all Bespoke and therefore more Effective for your individual specific Muscular Problems.
